Statement Of Faith

  1. We believe the Bible to be the inspired and only infallible written Word of God.

  2. We believe that there is only One God, eternally existent in three persons: God the Father, God the Son and, God the Holy Spirit.

  3. We believe in the blessed Hope, which is the rapture of the Church of God, which is in Christ, at His return.

  4. We believe that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in the precious Blood of Jesus Christ.

  5. We believe that regeneration by the Holy Ghost is absolutely essential for personal salvation.

  6. We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the Cross provides healing for the human body in answer to believing prayer.

  7. We believe that the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, is given to believers who ask for it.

  8. We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy and separated life in the present world.

We believe there is “One Body” Jesus is coming back for one day.

Our Mission

Every congregation or local church has a unique place or calling in God’s Kingdom on earth. ES Church purpose is as follows:

Our mission is to lead people into a fully devoted relationship with Jesus Christ, build God’s Kingdom, and empower people to be effective Godly leaders that will affect our community and the world.

Our Vision

As much as we believe that there is one mission for the New Testament Church, we also acknowledge that each local congregation has a unique way or vision of how they are to carry out that Mission. We are committed to winning souls for the Kingdom of God by building the church physically and spiritually.

To establish an authentic community of believers who Live by Faith, Are Known by Love, and are a Voice of Hope.

Our Values

As important as Mission & Vision are for a church, we also believe that we have to have a set of values to guide us in our everyday interactions with each other.

Values of ES Church

  1. The Speed of the leader is the speed of the team – Everything rises and falls on leadership.  Team members and non-team members will only model what they see the leaders above them modeling.

  2. No gossip, or parking lot conversations – There can be no talking behind each other’s backs.  Gossip is the cancer of any organization.

  3. Be willing to share the last 10% - The team must be committed to being “peacemakers.

  4. Listen well to each other & eliminate sidebar conversations – Practice being an active, verses a passive listener when someone else in the group is talking. 

  5. Err on the side of grace– Maintain an attitude and lifestyle of grace when working and serving with others.

  6. Significant Change Happens Within 3’ or Less – We were born for community. No man or woman is an island onto himself or herself. We need each other.
